Your interests leave clues

Most of us save more than we ever revisit. A recipe here, a garden bed there, a course we meant to look into, a town we keep zooming in on.

Attention is data, not destiny

You do not need to turn every save into a life decision. Sometimes a recipe is simply dinner. But when the same kind of thing shows up again and again, that repetition is worth a second look.

Pay attention to what catches your attention.

Look at the last twenty things you saved. Not to analyse yourself โ€” just to notice. What surprised you? What have you saved three versions of? What did you save and then quietly avoid?

A small practice

  • Once a month, scroll your saves like a magazine.
  • Pick one thing and actually do it this week.
  • Notice which categories keep growing without any effort.

That is the whole method. No worksheet, no five-year plan. Just a habit of looking at what you already collected.
